Elevate with Eagle Creations
Bringing Heart, Craft, and Lowcountry Charm to Every Stitch
Every small town has its storytellers, the people whose work quietly weaves community together. In Bluffton, that story belongs to Bill and Mandy Arnold, the husband and wife team behind Eagle Creations, a local promotional products company that has turned simple ideas into artful expressions of belonging.
Their journey began, as many good Lowcountry tales do, with a leap of faith and a moving truck. In 2016, only a few months after saying “I do,” the Arnolds left the rolling fields of Ohio for the live oaks and salty air of Bluffton. What they found wasn’t just a new home, but a community that welcomed them with open arms.
From the start, Bill and Mandy jumped in headfirst, joining the Chamber, serving as charter members of the Bluffton Lions Club, and pouring their time into local philanthropy, from the Lions’ state initiatives to the Shriners Children’s Hospital. It wasn’t long before they were more than residents; they were woven into the fabric of Bluffton life.
From Concession Trailers to Custom Creations

Before Eagle Creations took flight, Bill Arnold was running a landscaping business, while Mandy balanced spreadsheets as a CPA. But destiny, as it often does, circled back to something familiar. Years earlier, Bill had pressed T-shirts and hats for his parents’ concession trailer on the Ohio fair circuit. The memory stuck — the smell of the heat press, the satisfaction of seeing something tangible take shape.
By 2017, that spark turned into a venture. The Arnolds began printing tees out of their truck, running a fully mobile operation that brought custom apparel directly to schools, teams, and local businesses. As demand grew, the couple slowly moved production in-house, literally to their house, before opening a showroom on Argent Boulevard in 2022.
Walk through the doors today and you’ll find a space that feels more like a creative studio than a retail shop. Shelves lined with hats, shirts, and pullovers. Displays of drinkware, tote bags, and embroidered gifts. A thread wall with every shade imaginable, waiting for the perfect color match.
A Personal Touch in Every Detail

At Eagle Creations, there’s no conveyor belt production line or faceless transactions. Each order, whether it’s a family reunion T-shirt run or a custom laundry bag for a high school graduate, passes through Bill or Mandy’s hands. They check the stitching, the color, the finish. They know the names and the stories behind the orders.
Mandy says her favorite part of the business is seeing customers’ faces light up when they see the finished product. “It never gets old,” she admits. That personal joy carries through everything they do, from hand-delivering orders to local clients to shipping gifts across the country for proud grandparents, coaches, and business owners who want to share a piece of the Lowcountry.
Crafted with Community at Heart

Eagle Creations isn’t just about logos and fabric. It’s about connection, the kind of neighborly care that reminds you why small businesses matter. Bill and Mandy have built something rare, a company that elevates others while staying true to its roots.
So, the next time your team needs new shirts or you’re searching for that perfectly personal gift, stop by the showroom on Argent Boulevard. Chances are, you’ll leave with more than a great product — you’ll leave feeling part of their story too.
